N10 Tradespeople is a local female owned and run community-based Property Maintenance company in the heart of Muswell Hill, which provides a fast, responsive and efficient solution for all your property maintenance needs. 

 

We have a bank of personally recommended self-employed tradespeople including Builders, Plumbers, Gas Safe Engineers, Central Heating Technicians, qualified Electricians, Painters & Decorators, Bricklayers, Floor layers, Handymen, Labourers, Roofer with a Cherry Picker, Intercom installers, Floor Sanders, Carpenters and a Man With A Van.

 

We are also able to source other specialist tradespeople as and when required. Each professional is experienced, friendly, background-checked and insured. 

 

We understand how hard it is to find a reliable, recommended tradesperson who can be trusted to turn up to the agreed appointment or do the job to the standard expected. We will always try our best to show to an appointment (if an appointment needs to be changed, I will communicate this with ample notice),  provide an estimate for the job within 2/3 days of initial contact, agree on a realistic and competitive price and complete your project within the timescale and budget agreed.

Once the estimate has been  accepted, a convenient start date will be agreed then work can commence.

 

N10 Tradespeople was launched to smooth the way for our clients. My aim is to provide an efficient, approachable and convenient service with a standard and quality of workmanship, which reflects your budget. We can arrange at least two tradespeople to visit the property to find a solution to the client’s individual problem rather than create a job for our own convenience.

 

I do all the groundwork, so all our clients have to do is make an informed choice as to whom they choose for the job, saving you time, money and effort by choosing N10 Tradespeople for any home improvement work.

I will provide you with a service whereby your job will be monitored regularly to ensure that you receive an efficient service you expect.  We will guarantee assured quality of work, if any of the service providers fails to deliver, all you have to do is contact me, we will ensure that the issue is resolved within a reasonable timeframe, saving you time.

We provide a Project Management service for renovation and refurbishment projects at a fee.
