N10 Tradespeople is a local, female-owned and operated property maintenance company in the heart of Muswell Hill servicing the whole of London. Providing fast, responsive, and efficient solutions for all your property maintenance and project needs.

N10 Tradespeople was established to make the process of having tradespeople in your home, workplace or rental easier for our clients. Our goal is to deliver an efficient, friendly, and convenient service, maintaining a standard and quality of workmanship that aligns with your budget.

We understand how challenging it can be to find a reliable and recommended tradesperson who will show up for the agreed appointment and complete the work to the expected standard. We will always do our very best to attend appointments on time, if we need to change an appointment, I will communicate this in advance.

We have a bank of personally recommended self-employed tradespeople as well as employed trades for the services listed above. We can also source additional specialist tradespeople as needed. Each professional is experienced, background-checked, insured and friendly,

I will arrange for two tradespeople (if a second opinion is requested) to visit the property to see a job for me to provide you with an estimate.

I also offer a service where I send a tradesperson to address the specific needs of the client during their visit. The pricing will be discussed with you before we begin the work.

Rest assured, we will never create unnecessary tasks for our own convenience.

You can expect to receive an estimate for your project within 2 to 3 days of visiting the property, larger projects will take longer.

Once the estimate is accepted, a convenient start date will be determined, and work can begin. We are dedicated to completing your project within the agreed timeframe and budget.

I manage all the groundwork for day-to-day maintenance, enabling our clients to make informed choices about whom to hire for their projects. Choosing N10 Tradespeople for any home improvement work saves you time, money, and effort.

N10 Tradespeople offers a comprehensive solution for all your property issues. I will provide you with a service where your job is monitored regularly to ensure that you receive the efficient service you expect. We guarantee the quality of our work, if any service provider fails to meet your expectations, simply contact me, and we will resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, saving you valuable time.

I provide a Project Management service for renovation and refurbishment projects at a 10% fee.

I started my working career straight out of university having studied BSc Biochemistry working as a Civil Servant for the Home Office. I started out as a Admin Assistant in The Efficiency Unit. From here my experiences and understanding of management skills ensures a successful outcome.

Moving through the Civil Service leaving as a Higher Executive Officer with excellent efficiency and data base programing skills in my tool bag. I then moved into the Public Sector gaining excellent management and strategic planning skills. I soon went solo working as a freelance Business Consultant for small businesses in north London

Through my own and friends experiences of tradespeople I've gained a good understanding of how difficult it is to find a good service provider with the appropriate skills to do a job to a good standard, someone you can rely on to provide a service with proper care and attention, especially at a fair price and within a reasonable timeframe,
